I’m Tempest Pierce, founder and CEO of Pretty Parkway — a luxury beauty and wellness ecosystem created to serve ambitious women and the beauty professionals who serve them.
What started as a small lips and lashes studio in the front dining room of my home has grown into a brand built on confidence, self-care, wellness, and opportunity.
As a licensed esthetician, lash artist, college esthetics professor, beauty educator, and entrepreneur with advanced degrees in counseling and psychology, I’ve spent over a decade helping others grow personally and professionally.
Pretty Parkway was created from my belief that self-care is not selfish — it’s necessary. When women feel confident, restored, and supported, they show up differently in every area of life.
Today, Pretty Parkway combines premium aesthetic services, wellness-centered experiences, professional resources, and elevated business spaces designed to empower both clients and beauty professionals. Our vision also includes intentional wellness and mental health partnerships that support women internally and externally.
